What to Write About
- Rate corrections: if a fee figure on the site looks out of date, tell us which rate and where you saw the new one in Seller Central — we'll verify and update the data file. Please include a link or screenshot of the official source if you can.
- Feature requests: fee types or marketplace scenarios you'd like the calculator to cover.
- Bug reports: tell us your browser, device, and the inputs you used (the share link from the calculator is the easiest way).
- Privacy requests: GDPR access/erasure or CCPA/CPRA requests — see the Privacy Policy for what little data exists in the first place.
Before You Write
A large share of the questions we receive are answered on the site itself:
- How a specific fee is calculated — see the 2026 fee explanation and FAQ on the calculator page.
- Why your result differs from Seller Central — check the rate season (peak vs non-peak), the fuel surcharge toggle, and whether your product's measured dimensions put it in a different size tier than expected.
